Getting started

Windows

  1. Get Drushya from Microsoft Store and select Get or Install.
  2. Open the desktop app and sign in. If you are new to Drushya, create an account from the sign-in screen.
  3. Check your default microphone and output device in Windows sound settings. Then start your call.
  4. Click Start Drushya to start recording.
  5. When the meeting ends, choose Stop. Drushya processes the recording to produce a transcript and notes.
  6. When processing finishes, open Meetings and select your meeting to review the notes.

Mac

Download Drushya for Apple Silicon or Intel (macOS 15 or later). Open the disk image, drag Drushya into Applications, and launch it from there. Sign in or create an account, then allow Microphone and Screen & System Audio Recording access when prompted.

Record your meeting, then stop to prepare your notes. Drushya captures microphone and system audio, not screen images. To update, quit Drushya and install the latest download.

Android

Install Drushya from Google Play, sign in or create an account, and allow microphone access when prompted. Start recording and stop when your meeting ends. Connect to the internet to upload your recording and prepare your notes.

Android captures microphone audio for in-person meetings. Place your phone where everyone can be heard and make a short test recording first. Windows and Mac also capture computer audio.

Web Interface

Open Web Interface in your browser and sign in with the same Drushya account to view and manage your meeting notes, transcripts, summaries, and action items. No installation is required. Use the Windows, Mac, or Android app to record meetings.

Recording meetings

Before you start on Windows

Drushya records your default Windows microphone and the audio playing through your default speaker or headphones. Check both devices in Windows sound settings. Use the same output device in your meeting app. This lets Drushya record the other participants too.

During the meeting

Click Start Drushya and wait for the recording status. No bot joins the call. If you change a default audio device in Windows, Drushya switches to the new device automatically.

Finish and review

Choose Stop in the recording controls. Drushya prepares your transcript and notes in the background. You can check the progress in Meetings. Open the meeting when your notes are ready.

Your meeting notes

Select a meeting in Meetings to review:

  • Summary: the main discussion points, decisions, and next steps. Edit the notes to add context or correct details.
  • Transcript: the conversation in text, with speaker labels. Check names and important details against what was said.
  • Tasks: action items from the meeting. Review their wording and owners before following up.

Use titles and tags to organize your notes. If a summary or transcript is missing, check the meeting's processing status.

Languages

Drushya supports meeting transcription and summaries in 46 languages: Arabic, Basque, Bengali, Brazilian Portuguese, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, Galician, Georgian, German, Greek, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Korean, Latvian, Malayalam, Mandarin Chinese, Marathi, Norwegian (Bokmål and Nynorsk), Persian (Farsi), Polish, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog (Filipino), Tamil, Telugu, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, and Vietnamese. English can be spoken alongside another supported language.

Norwegian includes separate Bokmål and Nynorsk choices. Regional English options are also available for summaries.

Choose languages for new recordings

  1. In the Web Interface, open Settings → Preferences → Language.
  2. Set Meeting language to Auto-detect or a supported spoken language. This controls the spoken language used for transcription.
  3. Set Summary language to your preferred supported language, then select Save languages. These choices apply to new recordings.

Change an existing summary's language

Open a meeting in the Web Interface and use the language selector in the Summary tab. The selected template stays the same. Drushya loads the saved version if one exists, or generates that language version from the saved transcript.

Your other language versions are retained, including saved edits. When you switch back, Drushya loads the existing summary. Changing the summary language does not translate or replace the transcript.

When you change templates, Drushya keeps the current language if that template has a saved version in it. A meeting's generated title stays consistent across templates in the same language. A title you rename yourself is kept.

English technical terms, product names, URLs, and identifiers remain as written. Numbers, dates, times, amounts, and percentages use English digits 0–9 in every supported summary language.

Request another language

Contact Drushya at support@mydrushya.com for your choice of language support. Tell us which language you would like for meeting transcription, summaries, or both.

Troubleshooting

I cannot record in the browser

Recording is available in the Windows, Mac, and Android apps. Install it from the Download page and sign in. The Web Interface lets you view and manage your meeting notes in your browser.

My voice or the other participants are missing

Check your default microphone and output device in Windows. Unmute the microphone and allow desktop apps to access it. Your meeting app should use the same output device. Make a test recording before your next meeting.

My meeting is still processing or shows an error

Check your internet connection and the meeting status. Longer recordings can take more time to process. If processing stays stuck or an error continues, email support@mydrushya.com. Include the meeting title, approximate recording time, and error message.

I cannot find my meeting

Sign in with the account you used to record. Clear any search or tag filters in Meetings. If Drushya reported that a short recording was discarded, no notes will be available for it.

Integrations

You can connect compatible AI assistants to your meeting notes using MCP (Model Context Protocol). You choose which access to approve. This connection is optional.
