From people to shared knowledge

01

Manage your people

Invite employees, manage their access, and assign Owners, Admins and Members. Keep your Enterprise’s user accounts organized in one place.

02

Organize Business Units

Group people by department or function. Give Admins responsibility for their assigned Business Units while Owners manage the Enterprise.

03

Share with the right team

Create Shared Workspaces for projects and selected colleagues across Business Units in the same Enterprise. Membership determines who can read the meetings shared there.

04

Find decisions and next steps

Open a workspace directly to its meetings. Search shared summaries, tasks and transcripts, then jump to a matching passage.

Shared Workspaces

Meetings first.
Context close at hand.

Open a workspace to see its meetings. Review the Summary, Tasks and Transcript, see who shared a meeting, and search for the detail you need. Membership and activity are available in workspace settings.

A clear boundary around private work

  • Only explicitly shared meeting content is visible to accepted workspace members.
  • Personal notes, tags and audio remain private. Shared content is read only; export and download are unavailable.
  • Enterprise Owners and Admins do not automatically gain access to private meetings or other users’ workspaces.

Give each colleague the right role

Workspace roles control collaboration in a particular workspace. They are separate from Enterprise account roles and Business Unit administration.

Manager

Manage workspace membership and settings, and organize shared meetings.

Contributor

Share meetings with the workspace and read the meetings available there.

Viewer

Read shared summaries, tasks and transcripts to stay informed.

Security and access controls

Authenticator MFA
Individual and Enterprise users can protect their accounts with two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
Enterprise and BU requirements
Enterprise Owners can require MFA across their Enterprise. Business Unit Admins can require it within the Business Units they administer. An Enterprise requirement takes precedence. Manage requirements in Settings → Security → MFA.
Encrypted connections
Drushya protects connections to its website and API using HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3.
Role-based access
Enterprise and Business Unit roles control administration. Shared Workspace roles determine who can manage membership, contribute meetings, or view shared content.
Optional IP allowlisting
Enterprise Owners can restrict access to approved public IP addresses and ranges. Test your policy in monitor-only mode before enforcing restrictions.
Audit logs
Review administrative activity in Settings → Security. Audit log visibility is restricted by role and Business Unit.

Enterprise questions, answered

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Try Drushya Enterprise with up to 5 user accounts for 1 month. Email support@mydrushya.com with your organization name and number of users to arrange your free trial.

Can an Owner or Admin read everyone’s meetings?

No. Enterprise administration does not automatically grant access to private meetings. A person must be an accepted member of a Shared Workspace to read the meetings explicitly shared there.

Can we share across Business Units?

Yes. A Shared Workspace can include selected active members from different Business Units within the same Enterprise. It does not automatically include everyone in either Business Unit.

Can we invite people outside our Enterprise?

Enterprise Shared Workspaces currently support active members of the same Enterprise. Cross-Enterprise sharing and external guests are not supported.

What happens when a contributor leaves?

If other workspace members remain, the shared Summary, Tasks and Transcript are retained as independent copies. Deleting the contributor’s account does not remove those copies. When the last member leaves, the workspace and its shared content are deleted.

Do Individual accounts also have Shared Workspaces?

Yes. Individual users can collaborate with other Individual users. Enterprise adds centralized user management, Business Units and collaboration within the Enterprise.
